We decided earlier this week that Rosie had fought hard against her cancer and it was time to let her go in peace. She will always be remembered and loved in our family as our first baby. She was such a smart, loving and sweet dog. She was so good to us, the kids and Poly. The hardest part has been explaining what happened to Sophie. The next morning Sophie walked out to the living room and asked, "where is Rosie?" I reminded her that she is now in puppy heaven. Sophie told me that she doesn't like puppy heaven. And neither do I!
Thankfully, we still have Poly to play with and love.
